Terms and conditions

• Your booking is only confirmed when we receive a down payment of 1000 euro.
  The total amount for the trip should be paid 21 days prior to the start of the trip.Cancellations can be done up until 21 days prior to departure, no refund is given on the downpayment after this period.
  For couples from whom we receive the payment after these 21 days, we cannot guarantee a stay in the same hotel, or in the same train (for our Paris-travels).

  All travels are All-Inclusive.
  Breakfast, lunch, and diners (when applicable) are included, including the drinks during the lunches and diners. In some clubs, there is a buffet so we will enjoy the buffet in the clubs.

  Please note that some programs do not have group lunches during one or more days.

  Not included are:
  ● drinks after diner
  ● tips
  ● room service and extra hotel charges.
  ● airfares

  All activities are optional. In some cases, a refund can be given, if not attended, to a maximum of 50% of the price for that activity.
